Aloha Friyay and happy weekend! We are sending positive vibes and loads of sunshine your way. To add some tropical sweetness to your life, we are introducing you to the ultimate Piña Colada Mocktail this TT&IE. See you in paradise, ladies! 

For the ingredients you will need: 

• 1 cup pineapple juice 

• 1/2 cup milk or coconut cream 

• 1 banana 

• 1/2 cup crushed ice 

-Sweetener of your choice (optional) 

-Shredded coconut (optional garnish) 

-Sliced pineapple (optional garnish)

-Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)

Instructions: 

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until you reach a smooth sailin' texture (should be thick) 

2. If you prefer your drink a little sweeter, add your sweetener to taste. 

3. If you want to take your mocktail to the next level, coat the glass rim with shredded coconut (is that island music we hear playing in the background?) 

4. Serve in chilled glasses and garnish glass with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry for that perfect "after sun" effect.

5. Sip with a drinking straw, exhale, and relax because you are in paradise!
