RETURN POLICY
We want every piece you purchase at Loleono, to make you 100% happy. If you don’t love your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase (except for items marked as final sale). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method reduced by the cost of your return shipping label. We just ask that all items be returned in their original condition with tags. You may return promotional sale items (buy more discounts, bought together discounts, cart promotional discounts) for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. Please note that the refund amount for these items will exclude the discount applied and will forfeit promotional store credit when applicable.
I need to make a return. Where can I get started?
To make this process as convenient as possible, simply access the order you wish to initiate a return for from your account page. This page can be found by logging into your account in the upper right-hand corner and navigating to orders. Click the return items link for the item(s) you wish to return and submit. Once we have received your return request, a customer service representative will email you a return shipping label. If you do not have an account, please email support@loleono.com. We are available Monday - Friday from 10 am - 5 pm (EST).
What are the exceptions to your return policy?
Clothing must be in unworn and in original condition with tags attached. For swimwear items, please do not remove the hygienic liner. Items marked final sale will not be eligible for returns.
How long do returns take?
We will get started on your return as soon as your return request is submitted. Please allow 10 - 30 days for your refund to be processed after your return has been received by our team. If you are making an exchange and need your new item right away, please contact our Customer Service team at support@loleono.com or fill out the Contact Us form here.
