What is the status of my order?

Your slice of the island should arrive within 3-5 business days. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive live tracking information via email. If you would like additional information regarding your order, please head to your order page on our website or email our team at aloha@loleono.com

 

Where are you located?

Our Loleono warehouse is based in King George, Virginia. We are solely an ecommerce store at this time however, we plan to open our flagship store in Maui, HI in 2022. Stay tuned or subscribe for island updates!

 

Can I expedite my order?

Absolutely! We offer free, standard shipping on all orders. However, if you’d like some super-speedy sparkly shipping, you can upgrade to Fedex 2-day or Fedex Ground shipping.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want every piece you purchase at Loleono, to make you 100% happy. If you don’t love your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase (except for items marked as final sale). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We just ask that all items be returned in their original condition with tags. 

 

Are your products made in the USA?

Our curated, island collection includes many thoughtfully, USA-made products from: Sea Turtle Jewelry, Sophia C., Katherine Way, and Love, Lilly. All other products are shipped from and by our USA-based team! 

 

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes! We happily offer free shipping to any state within the continental United States & Canada.

 

How do you protect my privacy?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use Loleono. How Google uses your Personal Information. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. How do I receive your newsletter?

We would love for you to sign up! If you scroll to the bottom of this page you can enter your email address and select “subscribe” to receive our newsletter and other island updates! 

 

Will shipping costs be refunded?

Should you choose to return your order (and we hope that you won’t!) the total amount of your order will be refunded. However, if chosen, the cost of expedited shipping will not be refunded.
