Raspberry Souffle | The Perfect Valentine's Dessert

It’s the season of love so there’s no better time to whip up a pink (and delicious) dessert. This recipe makes six, individual Raspberry Souffles (yum), but I won’t tell if you keep them all for yourself.

Ingredients:
- 1- 10oz Package of frozen raspberries in light syrup (thawed)
- 4 Egg whites (room temp)
- ½ Cup sugar
- 1 Cup whipping cream (cold)
- 2 Tbsp framboise liqueur or Grand Marnier
To Make:
- Preheat the oven to 375°. Butter 6 individual souffle dishes and lightly coat them with sugar.
- Process the raspberries with syrup in a food processor until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites to soft peaks. Then, beat in the sugar 1 tbsp at a time and continue beating until the peaks are glossy.
- Fold the egg white peaks into the raspberry puree.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dishes and bake until puffed and golden (12-15 minutes).
- While the souffles bake, whip the cream and liqueur to soft peaks.
- Serve the souffle warm and topped with whipped cream.
