What to Wear to Golfing: Women’s Etiquette Conscious Collection

Golf attire has come a long way since polos, knickers and argyle sweaters were the golden standard (thank goodness). But one thing that hasn’t changed is the mystery that remains to be: golf outfits for women. Do women wear pants? Are collared polos a must? And if not, what do ladies wear to golf? Don’t worry, I’ve got all of the answers and all of the best golf outfits by par. Just keep reading and I won’t make any more golf puns, promise.
Golf season typically runs from April through November meaning, your golf outfits should transverse the seasons. For days where the temperature may increase drastically from hole one to nineteen, don’t forget those versatile layering pieces! I know what you’re thinking, can I knick the knickers? Absolutely. Thanks to a female-focused fashion industry you no longer have to sacrifice style for function. Keep in mind, every club or course may have a slightly different dress code so it’s always best to ask be-fore you arrive. Okay really, that’s the last one.
Golf outfits are no longer limited to pants and a collared shirt and when searching, “what to wear at a golf course,” you’ll come across an endless scroll of golf dresses for women, stylish golf tops, pullovers, skorts, skorts, did I mention skorts? And yes, you can buy a golf dress that isn’t plaid (looking at you 60’s golf gals).
My favorite go-to golf line/workout line/errands line is Ibkul (iciculs). Every piece is made consciously with comfort (and style) in mind. Their collection features patented icefil technology to keep you cool throughout the day and other notable details like mesh airways, playful patterns, pockets, pockets and yes, the dresses have pockets. From collared pullovers to to long-sleeve (or sleeveless) golf dresses, each piece is versatile, stylish, comfortable and most-importantly, dress-code approved. Keep scrolling for course-worthy pieces that are sure to be a hole-in-one.

The Mariel Skort:

All of the details you’ll love with all of the functionality you’ll need–the Mariel Skort is the perfect club-code length, featuring zip pockets on the front, rear hip and two additional pockets in the liner (gone are the days of pocket-less women’s wear). This adorable skort even has two loops on the side to hold your tee between swings.

The Flounce Skort:

A personal favorite, the Flounce Skort is available in three staple colors– black, white and of course, hot pink. With lots of pockets for all of your accessories (and snacks?!), built-in UPF 50+ protection and breezy fabric that won’t stick, this skort is perfect for the putting green and everything in between.

The Sleeveless Zip Polo:

Gone are the days of thick, knit polos. Ibkul (iciculs) has transformed the game with this course-appropriate tank. Featuring a classic collar, adjustable zipper and moisture-wicking fabric–this one is a must-have for putting and strutting.

The Mockneck Dress
