Peach Bourbon Upside Down Cake | A Summer Bundt Cake

From holidays to backyard BBQs it's hard to go wrong with a Bundt cake. This summer spin combines in-season peaches and tangy bourbon for a moist and delightful dessert. Grab your spoon and dig in Loleono lady!

You will need: 

1/4 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

4 Peaches (peeled)

1 8oz Block Cream Cheese (softened)

1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

6 Eggs

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 Cup

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Cup Bourbon

To make:

-Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

-Spray 10" Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

-Melt 1/4 of butter and mix with brown sugar.

-Pour sugar mixture into pan and arrange peaches on top.

-Beat cream cheese and butter. Add granulated and brown sugar until combined. 

-Incorporate eggs and vanilla. 

-Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

-Add dry ingredients and bourbon (alternating). 

-Pour batter over peaches in two additions. 

-Bake 90 minutes.

-Cool 25 minutes

-Remove from pan and enjoy!
